Job Summary:
As an HVAC Technician at All-Rite Mechanical, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your goal? To ensure our clients are always comfortable, no matter the weather outside.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair residential, commercial and industrial HVAC equipment such as roof top units, furnaces, make up air units, unit heaters, air conditioners, chillers, cooling towers, and everything in between - making sure everything runs smoother than a well-oiled machine.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems—because “Did you try turning it off and on again?” doesn’t always cut it.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently and prevent future headaches.
  • Test and inspect systems to ensure they’re operating safely and within specifications.
  • Replace or repair defective parts and components with precision and care.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used—yes, even superheroes need to do paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations—safety first, every time.

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Refrigeration, Journeyman Sheet Metal, or Journeyman Plumber certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills—channel your inner detective.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
  • Good communication and customer service skills—people skills are a must!
  • Physical ability to perform manual work, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $42.00-$52.00 per hour
