Responsibilities of an Overhauling Technician

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems. Install electrical components and wiring. Inspect and test HVAC systems and components.

• Diagnosis: Identifying the root cause of chiller compressor issues.
• Disassembly: Taking apart the compressor and other refrigeration system components.
• Inspection & Overhaul: Examining parts for wear, replacing faulty components, and performing detailed mechanical and electrical checks.
• Reassembly: Carefully putting the compressor and system back together, following manufacturer specifications.
• Testing: Verifying the proper functionality of the entrepreneur refrigeration circuit.
• Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled services to prevent future breakdowns.
