• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions promptly to minimize guest inconvenience.
• Install new HVAC equipment and components in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Monitor and adjust HVAC systems to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance team to coordinate repairs and upgrades.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
