SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled, 4th year apprentice or Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining our commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our mission of providing exceptional HVAC solutions.

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to extend its lifespan.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with boilers, chillers, Small to large Air systems and hydronic heating and cooling systems is a plus.
• Commercial and industrial HVAC and some refrigeration experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC preferred.
