Position Overview Job Title: HVAC Technician Schedule: Full-Time | 8-hour shifts | Overtime Available | On-call Rotation What You’ll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment Perform system inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance Complete warranty work, adjustments, and repairs Follow safety standards and meet customer expectations Maintain accurate service documentation and complete work efficiently What We Offer Competitive, experience-based pay Year-round work and long-term job stability Paid time off and paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and families 401(k) retirement plan with company match Short-term and long-term disability coverage Company vehicle and fuel card Paid training and certification opportunities Overtime pay Relocation assistance or local commute options Requirements Required Qualifications 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification\ State HVAC license (or ability to obtain within the probation period) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screening High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities Familiarity with systems such as chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV OSHA 10 certification or higher OEM certifications (manufacturer-specific training a plus)

Responsibilities

The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including performing installations, replacements, inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance. They must also complete warranty work, adhere to safety standards, and maintain accurate service documentation efficiently.
