Job Details Job Location: Mechanicsville, VA 23111 Covenant Woods in Hanover County is looking for a Full-Time HVAC Technician to perform maintenance and repair services of facility systems. Responsible for carrying out all planned and unplanned HVAC maintenance throughout the facility. Working in a retirement community like Covenant Woods is unlike any job you’ll ever hold. Qualifications: Must be high school graduate or equivalent with Technical HVAC and/or Apprenticeship training/ Certification. Must communicate effectively with residence and other staff. Valid Virginia drivers’ license required. Must be able to use test equipment, powered and hand mechanical tools, HVAC and electrical tools as needed. General maintenance repair skills a plus. Ability to maintain quality and safety standards. Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality. Ability to work closely and professionally with others. Basic computer skills. Two years’ experience in general HVAC repair or general maintenance with HVAC certification/training required.
