About the Role: Your role will consist of a combination of reactive maintenance and minor project work, but also assisting with Planned Preventative Maintenance works. The successful applicant will be part of a diverse trades working out of our Christchurch office in Paragon Place. Our clients include major banks, Government agencies, universities, prisons and a combination of other leading NZ businesses and commercial premises. About You: HVAC trade qualified and registered. Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable. Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety. Excellent written and spoken English.
