What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the face of our HVAC team—visiting homes, talking to customers, and delivering 5-star service. You’ll also gain hands-on experience in:

• HVAC and indoor air quality systems
• Mechanical assembly and maintenance
• Equipment troubleshooting and testing
• Installing IAQ equipment like UV lamps, humidifiers, and air purifiers
• Documenting jobs with photos and notes
• Educating customers on how you’re improving their home

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Gas Technician 3 or 2 certification (mandatory)
✅ Clean G-class driver’s license (Mandatory)
✅ Strong communication skills—you can connect with anyone
✅ Physically capable—can lift up to 65 lbs and work in tight spaces
✅ Motivated and reliable—you don’t wait to be told what to do
✅ No criminal background

• Have basic HVAC or IAQ knowledge
• Know how to use hand tools and a tablet
• Are positive, energetic, and love talking to customers
• Want to grow into an HVAC service or install role over time

Tools You’ll Use:
We provide the training, but you’ll need to be familiar with:
Pliers, impact drills, multimeters, snips, wrenches, cutters, tape measures, levels, flashlights, markers, and more.
