• Possess relevant technical skills, HVAC technician experience, qualifications, and a valid New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Understand basic business operations and financial principles.
• Demonstrate strong service and project delivery experience.
• Communicate effectively with all levels and follow directions from leadership.
• Show strong personal management, ownership, motivation, and a positive, outcome-focused attitude.
• Apply strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to challenge the status quo for improvement.

• Support service and project delivery under the direction of designated leadership, working within defined parameters such as time, cost, and resources.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide technical support as needed.
• Assist in developing specifications, engineering designs, scopes, costs, and quotes for solutions.
• Contribute to risk management, service improvements, and business development initiatives when requested
