We are searching for a Full-Time HVAC Technician/Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical areas of the club facility and grounds to ensure operation at top efficiency and ensuring the club facilities and grounds are always neat, clean, and presentable. Qualifications to join our team as AM Maintenance Engineer * HVAC certification required, other mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc. certifications/licenses a plus * Must have previous experience working as a maintenance engineer or a similar role * Knowledge of EPA and OSHA guidelines, plumbing, HVAC systems, refrigeration and high-pressure misting systems, electrical and carpentry skills required * Strong communication skills - both verbal and written * Valid driver's license required * Proficiency in Microsoft office and google drive is a plus, but we are will provide you with the training you need as well!
