Job Title: Facility Maintenance/HVAC Technician Reports to: ​Facility Maintenance Manager Job Summary: Installing and maintaining heating and air conditioning equipment in an industrial warehouse operation. Multi location, locally owned, temperature-controlled warehousing facilities in Kennesaw, Acworth, and Lithia Springs, Georgia. Full-time position eligible for all company benefits, including FREE medical insurance to the employee, comprehensive insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, use of company service trucks, and uniforms provided. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience Duties/Responsibilities: Diagnose electrical and mechanical systems for industrial HVAC units. Repair and conduct preventive maintenance on units. Required Skills/Abilities: Understanding by education and/or experience, basic and advanced principles of HVAC systems. Able to work under supervision and independently. Able to read schematic and manufacturer materials. General mechanical aptitude. Good communication skills. Must have a valid driver’s license. CDL not required. Ability to prioritize tasks. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience Physical Requirements: Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in warehouse operations. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Responsibilities
