OVERVIEW

Green Canada Major Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge and experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The HVAC Technician will work independently to deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Ability to work independently is a must.
Minimum experience required: 3-4 years (lead installer experience), we are not seeking a sub-contractor.

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week

Responsibilities
  • Install Heat Pump/Boilers/Hydronics/Furnace and Air conditioning equipment/Ventilation systems
  • Diagnose the cause of problems and/or failures in heat pump/boilers/hydronics/heating/air conditioning/ventilation systems, repair and/or replacement
  • Perform preventative maintenance, service calls
  • Inform management regarding procedures and/or status of work orders
  • Inspect HVAC systems and their components (e.g., heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenance when necessary.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, training, and seminars as required
  • Prepare written materials (e.g., repair status, activity logs, inspection reports etc.) as required
