We provide facility and preventative maintenance services to aviation, government, and commercial facilities throughout the United States and the Caribbean. With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to add a HVAC Technician to our dynamic team. Scope of Work: The successful candidate will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in a commercial Facility setting, in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications Compensation: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour (Based on Experience), medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k Available Shifts: 6:00am - 2:30pm, 2:00pm – 10:30pm, 10:30pm - 6:30am. Days off to be Determined Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance Test systems and adjust for proper operation and efficiency Respond promptly and professionally to service calls Follow all safety procedures and guidelines including handling refrigerants and other hazardous materials Document work performed, including repairs and parts used ensuring accurate record-keeping Support and collaborate with other technicians and supervisors Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in commercial and/or industrial settings Valid HVAC certification Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, principles, and regulations Proficient in troubleshooting HVAC systems using diagnostic tools Knowledge of refrigerants and environmental regulations Strong communication skills with clients and team members Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subject to our automobile insurance carrier's criteria
