QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, particularly in fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including split AC, ducted units, VRF, and FCUs
• Familiarity with refrigerant handling and piping installation
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow site specifications
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Team player with good communication skills and a proactive approach

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team on fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and servicing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, service, and repair split air conditioning units, ducted systems, VRF systems, and fan coil units (FCUs)
• Handle refrigerant piping, drainage, and associated HVAC components
• Assist with ductwork installation and ensure correct connections to HVAC units
• Ensure all HVAC installations meet site requirements and industry standards
• Perform system checks and cooling performance tests post-installation
• Support client handover procedures and assist with final testing and commissioning
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company policies on-site
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary MEP team to achieve project goals
