REQUIREMENTS FOR HVAC TECHNICIAN INSTRUCTORS

  • 3+ years’ HVAC Technician experience
  • Highschool Diploma/GED
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage students in a learning environment
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring future professionals
  • Teaching experience is not required; a desire to educate and inspire is essential
