We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and adherence to safety standards, in line with Dubai regulations and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in the UAE.
2. Good knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
4. Understanding of refrigerant handling procedures.
5. Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
6. Good communication skills in English.

   Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE/GCC: 3 years (Preferred)

1. Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including split units, package units, FCUs, AHUs, FAHUs, and ducting systems.
2. Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) as per schedule and rectify breakdowns efficiently.
3. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
4. Test and balance air and hydronic systems for performance and efficiency.
5. Comply with Dubai Municipality (DM) and local authority requirements for HVAC works.
6. Maintain accurate service records and reports.
7. Respond promptly to emergency call-outs.
8. Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and use of PPE.
