Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour Job description: A-One Refrigeration & Heating is a Family run business serving our local Tri Cities for 46 Years and are looking to add a core member to our existing team! We’re looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Tech who is passionate about servicing the local Tri Cities customers we know and love with exceptional customer service and strong diagnostic and repair skills. Duties  Responsibilities: Diagnostics, repairs, and tune-ups on residential gas furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, etc.  Educating customers and selling necessary repairs or long-term solutions.  Using an iPad to create customer estimates, invoices and diagnostic reports Skills  2+ years field experience as an HVAC residential service technician (Required)Washington State 06 Trainee required/06B (Desired)  EPA Certified (Required)  Must have strong skillset in troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on residential HVAC projects  Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers  Must have stable work history to be considered for this position of HVAC Service Technician  Technicians earn a fixed percentage of their sales.
