HVAC/REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN

Vive Brant Mechanical Inc. is currently looking for an experienced, customer focused, energetic HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team and rapidly growing company. Ideal candidate will have a minimum 4-5 years’ experience, possess a G1 Gas License, 313A Refrigeration License. The ideal candidate will be a task-oriented problem solver and have a valid Class G Driver’s License with a clean abstract. The ability to multi-task within a variety of HVAC industry applications.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read drawings and blueprints. Skilled in diagnosis, maintenance and repair of HVAC/R related equipment and components in the Commercial, Agricultural, Industrial and Residential sectors focusing on, but not limited to:

✓ Packaged HVAC ✓ Refrigeration
✓ Make-up Air ✓ VRF Systems

✓ Boilers ✓ Pumps/Motors/Drives

  • Ability to identify opportunities for additional business (system upgrades or replacement, maintenance contracts, etc.)
  • Flexibility to respond directly and effectively to customer emergency needs when “on call”
  • Demonstrate the highest standard of customer service providing a customer-focused, positive attitude
  • Encourage, engage in and support a “continuous learning” philosophy within the service group and throughout the company, sharing knowledge, collaborating with, and mentoring others when appropriate
