This role plays a critical part in keeping installations and service calls running efficiently by maintaining organization, communication, and timely deliveries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, and verify incoming HVAC parts, equipment, and materials Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for accuracy, accessibility, and cleanliness Stock trucks and staging areas for upcoming service calls and installations Maintain proper labeling, storage, and inventory rotation Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking Parts Coordination & Field Support Pull and stage parts for scheduled jobs based on work orders Deliver parts and equipment to job sites as needed to support technicians Coordinate urgent parts requests and same-day deliveries Communicate with dispatch, service managers, and technicians to confirm needs and timelines Pick up parts from local vendors when required Safety & Equipment Care Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with company policies Follow all safety procedures when handling equipment and materials Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment. HVAC or construction industry experience a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong organizational and time management skills Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner) Moderate lifting may be required (15-20) pounds Working Environment: Climate-controlled Office/ Field setting. Dress code is business casual
