Casteel is hiring for an HVAC Warranty Manager. Our Warranty team is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems installed by our residential HVAC Install Department.

Experience:

• residential HVAC service : 10 years (Required)
• HVAC service Management : 3 years (Required

• Identify trends and implement corrective actions when needed for HVAC Warranty Technicians.
• Resolve client concerns through Warranty/Install.
• Identify training needs based on warranty feedback.
• Implement Install/Service procedures based on code requirements and changes.
• Complete performance reviews for HVAC Warranty Technicians.
• Design, schedule and administer meetings, classes, and demonstrations to conduct training.
• Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment, or staff participants.
• Devise programs to develop maximum potential among employees in lower-level technician positions.
• Develop or implement training programs related to efficiency, recycling, or other issues with environmental impacts.
• Provides technical support to field, office personnel and frontline managers.
• Works under general supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.

  Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
