What we are looking for: * Proven experience as a HVAC Service technician, Residential experience, with a focus on warranty-related service work preferred. * Minimum 3 years + in Residential HVAC service and installation experience. * Quality-focused HVAC Service expert with exceptional customer service skills. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, crawlspaces, or varying weather conditions. * Strong knowledge of residential HVAC and Boiler systems and troubleshooting techniques. * Proficiency in reading technical manuals, plumbing schematics, and blueprints. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
