NETTTS is looking for a dynamic and motivated Admissions Representative to connect with prospective students and guide them through the admissions process for our HVACR training programs. What You’ll Do: * Meet with prospective students and their families on campus, introducing them to our HVACR training programs and the value of a career in the trades. * Conduct admissions interviews, screen candidates, and ensure they meet NETTTS’ enrollment criteria and funding requirements. * Support prospective students by providing information on program offerings, financial obligations, and next steps. * Maintain detailed records of interviews, leads, and student progress toward enrollment goals. * Collaborate with your team and Director of Admissions to track performance, share best practices, and uphold a high standard of service. * Occasionally assist in job placement or lead development efforts to support enrollment success. What You’ll Bring: * High School Diploma/GED required; some college or admissions experience preferred. * Background in sales or customer service, with strong motivational and communication skills. * Confidence in working independently and managing a flexible schedule. * The ability to connect with people from all backgrounds and help them envision their path to success. * Strong organizational and administrative skills—you’ll juggle forms, reports, and student follow-up like a pro.
