Assist in hands on training, and scheduling manufacturer training for employees. * Ensure that all employees are observing all company safety requirements. What you need for this position: * 3-5+ years of Supervisory experience in the Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Industry * EPA Certification * Must be able to work independently and without supervision * Communication and Customer Service skills * High School Diploma or equivalent * Must have a valid driver’s license   Interested in joining the team?
