Conserv Building Services LLC is actively seeking a seasoned HVAC Technician with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our growing team in the Charlotte market. ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division of BCH Mechanical. We began dispatching HVAC techs in the Tampa Bay, FL area and in just a short time, ConServ’s reputation for customer service and technical expertise began to grow in GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, MS and AL. We are the number one choice for regional clients with multiple accounts, convenience stores, and those who prefer remote monitoring and control.       What We Offer: * Competitive salary * Direct Deposit every Friday * Performance Bonus, Company Profit Sharing Bonus, and Safety Bonus * Company provided cell phone, vehicle and gas card * Paid holidays and generous Paid Time Off * Benefits Effective the 1st of the month following your date of hire * Excellent Medical, Dental, and Vision plans * HSA and FSA Spending Accounts - with generous company contribution to HSA * 401(k) match - 50% up to 5% * Employee Discounts through the Tickets at Work Program * Company Paid Life and AD&D * Short and Long-Term Disability and other Supplemental Insurance offerings What you will be doing:  * Perform installation of HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, and specialty systems * Execute full system change-outs from demolition to final startup * Install and fabricate refrigeration piping systems (copper, brazing, pressure testing, evacuation) * Install, troubleshoot, and integrate HVAC controls (thermostats, VAV systems, BAS interfaces) * Perform system startup, commissioning, and performance verification * Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues * Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and mechanical drawings * Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure project success * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What you need for this position: * Minimum 10 years of HVAC field experience (commercial preferred) * Strong knowledge of installation practices, system design, and controls * Proven experience with refrigeration piping and brazing * Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems independently * EPA Certification (required) * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail   Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) * OSHA Certification * Experience in clean rooms, air balancing, and commissioning Are you ready to join our team? Responsibilities
The lead HVACR installer will perform full system installations, change-outs, and startup of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
