Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute campaigns and promotions tailored to the HV customer base to onboard, retain, upsell, cross-sell, and reactivate.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of casino bonus mechanics and associated risks.
  • Coordinate and quality-assure all necessary assets including copy, creative, and onsite communications for campaigns.
  • Generate offer links, media, deposit codes, and credit bonuses to support campaign initiatives.
  • Utilize data analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize campaign planning for the HV customer base, ensuring a data-driven approach to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate on planning and implementing on-site campaigns based on HV segment and genre preferences.
  • Partner with CRM Managers and gaming promo planners to launch initiatives driving VIP engagement and business success.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to advertising standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously optimize strategies to enhance VIP customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Produce comprehensive and high-quality month-end reports, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and clarity in data.
