Description *Some travel is required for this position* The HVC Team Lead is a supervisory support role with the following main responsibilities: Oversee the entire HVC (high-value core/commodity) process for Pick Your Part plants in Daytona Beach, Gainesville, and Orlando Florida. This includes but may not be limited to: Utilizing in-house computer software to identify specific parts or commodities that are of increased value to the company. Train and assist the parts puller(s) of each store to ensure they are safe and efficient in their work Ensure quality standards are being met throughout the entire process, from the moment a vehicle is unloaded to the moment our customers receive our products Track data and identify trends related to the HVC process for purposes of continuous improvement across multiple plants Communicate with our HVC vendors periodically to ensure quality standards are being upheld Perform periodic audits of the HVC process in each yard Work closely with plant managers, sales managers, and district management as needed to improve the HVC process Requirements Candidate MUST possess or be able to perform the following: Sit and stand continuously Safely lift up to 50lbs as needed Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Be capable of utilizing major Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Be authorized to work in the United States of America Possess working command of the English language
