What You'll Do: Work closely with the Installation department and any others necessary to provide timely and accurate installation in accordance with company standards and procedures. Provide excellent customer service Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it Document work performed in accordance with company procedure Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager What You Need: Basic HVAC knowledge Must be EPA 608 Universal certified Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods. Responsibilities

The HVAC Apprentice will work closely with the Installation department to provide timely and accurate installations according to company standards. They will also analyze work orders, listen to customer concerns, and proactively solve problems to ensure excellent customer service.
