For a growing R&D group in Modiin site, working on a large scale power converter, we are looking for a Hardware coordinator to join the group. Responsibility for end-to-end R&D project operational aspects, including working in a dynamic environment across multiple interfaces under a tight schedule Managing R&D level production, including inventory, purchase orders, catalog numbers, status and flows Working with sub-contractors and vendors - Interacting with external vendors for samples, inquiries, replies, timelines. Responsibility for the R&D tools and inventory - Tracking all R&D equipment, foreseeing what is missing / malfunctioning , contacting appropriate personels to resolve, tracking times Interfacing other R&D groups as well as Finance, Operation, Facility and Reliability departments Requirements Experience as a project leader/manager (can also be military experience) Social skills, proactive and responsible Work experience with sub-contractors and vendors Technical orientation BSC in Industrial Engineer or equivalent Position email null
