A Truly Hybrid BCBA Role This role was intentionally designed to provide flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality. What Hybrid Looks Like: Minimum of 1 in-person week per month at our Hickory center The remainder of your schedule can be completed remotely We maintain a strong commitment to quality clinical care and therapist support, which is why meaningful in-person collaboration remains an important part of the role.
