Hybrid BCBA / BTP Provider Ready to make a meaningful impact without sacrificing flexibility? What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor client progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes. Provide direct therapy services to clients in a hybrid model, combining both in-person and telehealth sessions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic care and goal achievement. Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and other support staff to maintain treatment fidelity and quality. Document clinical data accurately and maintain up-to-date client records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy. Hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience providing behavioral therapy services in both in-person and telehealth settings. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients, families, and team members. Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid caseload efficiently. Proficiency with clinical documentation and data management systems. Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to organizational policies and industry regulations.
