REQUIREMENTS

  • Active BCBA Certification (current and valid)
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
  • Clinical experience preferred (new BCBAs encouraged to apply)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
  • Design and oversee ABA interventions for children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and guide Behavior Consultants to ensure quality services
  • Monitor data, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards
