Job Description Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Hybrid Cloud and DevSecOps Architect for one of its clients at the EU Institutions in Brussels. Context A major public sector organization is undergoing a significant ICT transformation to maximize the value of its technology investments and respond to future challenges with agility. Central to this initiative is the adoption of modern DevSecOps practices, cloud technologies, and containerization. The organization’s IT landscape is evolving rapidly, requiring expert support to maintain, improve, and operate solutions that serve multiple policy domains and collaborate with corporate IT teams. Role & Responsibilities Leading and supporting the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of DevSecOps and containerization solutions. Administering platforms composed of various tools (e.g., Atlassian suite, Jenkins, SonarQube). Planning, implementing, maintaining, and upgrading secure DevSecOps pipelines. Facilitating continuous delivery and automated testing using lifecycle management and automation tools. Promoting DevSecOps methodologies across the IT landscape. Contributing to delivery and release processes for container-based and cloud-based pipelines (Kubernetes, VMWare Tanzu, AWS, etc.). Advising development teams on onboarding DevSecOps practices and integrating tools into pipelines. Defining, designing, coordinating, and reviewing strategic documentation, including security architecture. Participating in technical working groups, progress meetings, and stakeholder engagements. Managing projects, report on status, and escalating issues impacting timelines or resources. Producing and reviewing technical documents, ensuring alignment with project schedules and deadlines. Suggesting improvements to services and methodologies. Qualifications Your Profile Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is an asset. Rapid self-starter with the ability to work autonomously. Excellent team player, able to integrate into international and multicultural environments. Strong presentation and facilitation skills; able to animate discussions and participate in multilingual meetings. High degree of discretion and integrity, especially when handling confidential data. Willingness to use specified project management tools and methodologies. Technical Skills Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, with a focus on large-scale systems integration. Advanced knowledge of cloud-based architectures and best practices in cloud computing. Expertise in microservices, containerized applications, API-driven development, and service orchestration. Strong background in applications design and enterprise architecture. Experience with business process analysis and technical workflow optimization. Knowledge of interoperability technologies (web services, middleware, event-driven architecture, API-based integration). Proven experience in cloud migration strategies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Hands-on experience with DevSecOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Ability to design and implement cloud-based analytics environments. Skilled in technical documentation and architecture blueprints. Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, and service management frameworks.
