We are currently seeking a Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in telecommunications and a thorough understanding of HFC network infrastructure. Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining HFC systems, including coaxial cables, fiber optics, amplifiers, and nodes, is essential. Experience with RF signal testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance procedures is required. The candidate must have a working knowledge of industry regulations and safety protocols to ensure compliance and maintain network integrity. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are key attributes for this role. Effective communication with customers and other technical staff is crucial for successful installations and maintenance of HFC systems. Prior experience in the telecommunications industry and relevant certifications will be advantageous in demonstrating your qualifications.
