REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A+ certification
• 2 years in a technically inclined support position

• Support and maintain end user IT environment. Strong knowledge ofdesktop operating systems and productivity software. In the fields for practice-level support. Will need to travel when necessary.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills. Possesses logical problem-solvingskills.
• Professionally responding to telephone calls, emails, and web-basedservice requests. Providing friendly, courteous, and quality support forclients.
• Self-starter who can follow a service ticket through to its completion.Have exceptional customer service skills, and a positive “can-do”attitude.
• Maintains inventory of appropriate equipment. Documentation of updated processes andprocedures.
