REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
A+ certification
2 years in a technically inclined support position
Responsibilities
Support and maintain end user IT environment. Strong knowledge ofdesktop operating systems and productivity software. In the fields for practice-level support. Will need to travel when necessary.
Troubleshooting and analytical skills. Possesses logical problem-solvingskills.
Professionally responding to telephone calls, emails, and web-basedservice requests. Providing friendly, courteous, and quality support forclients.
Self-starter who can follow a service ticket through to its completion.Have exceptional customer service skills, and a positive “can-do”attitude.
