Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables for healthcare initiatives. Ensure all projects align with organizational goals and comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including clinical and administrative staff, to achieve project milestones. Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including healthcare providers, department heads, and external partners, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and address any issues or changes in project scope.
  • Track project progress, identifying any potential risks or delays. Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Implement best practices and quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of care and efficiency.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that projects are completed within financial constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
