POSITION OVERVIEW • Unique hybrid behavioral health leadership opportunity within one of Marin County’s only ASW Social Work Fellowship programs • Split your time between direct patient care and mentoring the next generation of bilingual bicultural clinicians • Work within a mission-driven integrated behavioral health model serving predominantly first-generation bicultural patient populations • Opportunity to shape clinician development while maintaining a meaningful outpatient therapy caseload WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT • Hybrid remote flexibility with approximately 40% remote work • Flexible FTE options from 0.6 to full-time based on preference • $20,000 sign-on bonus available • Leadership and teaching opportunity without losing direct patient care involvement • NHSC/HRSA student loan forgiveness eligible site • Mission-driven bicultural behavioral health environment • EPIC EMR system • Strong work-life balance with flexible scheduling structure SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Hybrid remote structure: approximately 40% remote / 60% onsite • Flexible schedule options from 0.6–1.0 FTE • Full-time structure includes approximately: – 3.5 days patient care – 1.5 days supervision and fellowship leadership • Average of approximately 4 patients daily during clinical days CLINICAL & LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervise and mentor 3–4 Associate Social Workers (ASWs) • Co-lead fellowship training initiatives and clinician development • Co-teach weekly didactic seminars focused on integrated behavioral health practice • Provide evidence-based therapy services for adults and children with mild-to-moderate behavioral health needs • Assist with onboarding, recruitment, staff development, and program support • Maintain documentation and clinical quality standards within EPIC EMR • Collaborate closely with Behavioral Health leadership and interdisciplinary care teams COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Salary range: $112,000–$142,000 based on experience • $20,000 sign-on bonus available • Hybrid remote schedule flexibility • Student loan forgiveness eligibility through HRSA/NHSC programs • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with multiple plan options • 403(b) retirement plan • 3 weeks PTO in year one • 4 weeks PTO beginning year two • 10 paid holidays • CME allowance plus paid CME time • Malpractice insurance coverage • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Requirements • Active California LCSW license REQUIRED • Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED • Must independently conduct therapy sessions in Spanish REQUIRED • Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience REQUIRED • Supervisory or ASW mentorship experience strongly preferred • Passion for mentoring bicultural clinicians and serving bicultural communities REQUIRED • Experience with integrated behavioral health preferred • COVID-19 vaccination documentation required unless exempt Not ready to formally apply?
