About the Role As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes while overseeing a team of BCBAs. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing caregiver coaching and support Developing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Supervising and mentoring RBTs during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions Collaborating with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to BCBAs to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth Compensation & Benefits $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Competitive Salary: $85,000-90,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Hybrid / Remote Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM; Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM.
