We’re looking for a confident and proactive individual to join our small, friendly office team in New Milton. This hybrid role combines office-based customer service and sales support with occasional face-to-face visits to customers. Ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping drive business growth.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration preferred
  • Confident communicator, both over the phone and in person
  • Good IT and Excel skills (CRM experience beneficial)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites occasionally (local/regional)
  • Driving licence required
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and commercial awareness
