Our contact centre deals with a large volume of calls and emails that we expect to be answered in a professional, friendly & efficient manner. We invest in our people through providing best in class training and supporting professional insurance qualifications.

WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED?
- Expert communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record in meeting targets and working in a busy environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent computer and keyboard skills
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail
- Exceptional professionalism and pride in ensuring excellent customer care
- Minimum requirements Leaving Cert or mature student
WHY WORK WITH 123.IE?
- We offer a starting salary of €26,500 and with an excellent commission structure, you can expect to earn upwards of €37,500.
- Base salary works off a progression model giving you the opportunity to increase your salary upon successful completion of insurance qualification. Your base salary will increase to €28,500 once you have attained an APA qualification. Further to this, your salary will increase to €31,500 once you have attained your CIP qualification.
- Those who already hold APA or CIP qualifications will start at the relevant base salary specified above.
- All employees may be eligible for the company wide annual salary increase, dependant on company and employee performance.
- 25 paid annual leave days, plus 2 company days and the option to purchase a further 5 annual leave days per annum.
- While the role is based in Dundrum, this will be a hybrid role where there will be a requirement to be able to work both from home and in the office.
