In this role, you will lead full project lifecycles for industrial automation and process control systems. Leveraging your background in PLC/HMI programming, electrical control panel design, and system integration, you will work closely with clients to deliver customized automation solutions for large-scale manufacturing operations. This role is well-suited for candidates who want to mentor others, are comfortable working directly with customers, and thrive when leading in hands-on project environments. [Hybrid] Senior Controls Engineer (Food & Bev Process Systems exp req) Responsibilities • Develop automation and control system architecture diagrams • Design electrical control panels and create schematic drawings using AutoCAD • Specify control system components and prepare system documentation • Develop PLC I/O assignments and program using Allen-Bradley Logix platforms (5, 500, 5000) • Develop HMI/SCADA applications using industry-standard platforms • Design industrial communication networks and supporting data infrastructure • Develop custom applications and database integrations using VB.NET and SQL • Support new/existing client systems and participate in onsite commissioning/startup activities • Train client operations and maintenance teams on equipment and control system functionality [Hybrid] Senior Controls Engineer (Food & Bev Process Systems exp req) Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline required • 10+ years industrial automation and controls programming experience required • Experience within food, dairy, or beverage manufacturing industries required • Strong PLC and HMI programming experience required • Demonstrated expertise in system integration and commissioning required • Proficiency with Allen-Bradley Logix and AutoCAD 2D/3D required
