OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking employee to join our warehouse team. This role will have split responsibilities between our HGV tyre fitting department to fit truck tyres onto steel and aluminium alloy truck wheels as well as supporting our daily goods in/out department where needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a tyre fitting role is preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 40 kg) consistently throughout the shift.
• A valid FLT counterbalance license is essential
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of goods as needed.
• Assist with goods in/goods out to ensure that customers receive their orders well packaged and picked correctly.
• Load and unload materials from lorries using a forklift and by hand, ensuring safe handling practices are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Operate forklifts safely when necessary, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow throughout the warehouse.
• Assisting the tyre fitting team with their duties by picking wheels and tyres.
• Assisting the tyre fitting team with the application of TPMS systems and any relevant paperwork
• Working with your team leader and/or supervisor to make sure that customers are receiving their orders on time and accurately.
