We are looking for a candidate qualified to work in a HYBRID position as a We-Owe Coordinator/Express Service Advisor. Some of the benefits of working with Kendall are: Competitive pay starting at $20.00-24.00/hour depending on experience Competitive Paid Time Off and Paid Personal Leave Career path development opportunities Discounts on parts, service and vehicle purchases for you and your immediate family Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Paid Life insurance 401(k) plan with Fidelity Accident and Illness supplemental plans Duties include: Schedule customers for service and accessory installations Coordinate with vendors and manage related purchase orders Check We-Owed items in SmartSheets Update notes in intercompany accounting systems Perform walk arounds on customer vehicles Open and close We Owe and Express repair orders Manage rental vehicles, including maintaining reservations and signing out vehicles to customers Work with customers, technicians, and sales staff to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance Verify proper diagnosis and completion of repairs Research vehicle history to make informed service recommendations Maintain accurate customer information Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI) scores in accordance with the dealership standards. We seek candidates with strong customer service experience, effective time management, solid work ethics, and excellent communication skills. The ability to prioritize customer needs and make informed recommendations is essential. Applicants should have strong phone etiquette, a positive attitude, and enjoy interacting with people. Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, multitasking environment are required. General automotive knowledge is preferred. Working conditions are primarily indoors, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone. Requirements A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is mandatory.
Responsibilities
The We-Owe Coordinator/Express Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling customers for service, coordinating with vendors, and managing repair orders. They also perform vehicle walk-arounds and work with customers to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
