You'll be responsible for the testing of various Hydraulic and Pneumatic components and will ensure that all tests follow strict guidelines and instructions set by the Company and its customers, in accordance with required Aviation standards. You'll use appropriate test facilities perform required tests to the relevant specification recording results as necessary. You will ensure that traceability is maintained throughout all test processes and will complete fault find, strip down and repair of components. You'll also be able to use your expertise to support Engineering/Quality investigations and project work. What will you need to know? You'll be experienced in working on mechanical or hydraulic/pneumatic components with the ability to utilise detailed engineering drawings and other documentation as required. Electrical experience would be a great bonus but is by no means essential. Ideally, you'll already be confident in testing hydraulic/pneumatic units, but this isn't essential either. You will need to have experience of working to close tolerances and time limits and have excellent attention to detail as you will be following detailed written instructions.
