***Please note: This roll will work 2nd shift but training will be done on 1st shift and/or 2nd shift. Once training is completed, this person will move permanently to a 2nd shift schedule*** Position Description:   Perform duties to process oil through the hydro system with a Safety-minded attitude that maintains and enhances a Safety-culture for the benefit of the Company and its employees.   Primary Responsibilities:   * Operates machinery to melt materials with use of high temperatures, then mixing with hydrogen; calculating production methods using equations * Monitors production equipment to ensure proper functioning; making adjustments as necessary * Cleans filter press at least two times per shift * Documents all equipment processes, recording production output, breakdown, cleaning schedules, or other deviations from standard production procedures or schedules * Maintains safe, clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations * Conduct on-the-job training of co-workers, as needed * Contributes to team effort by performing other duties as assigned and needed   Supervisory/Management Responsibilities: Not Applicable   Requirements: * High school graduate or equivalent * Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing * Basic math skills * Able to take measurements accurately in feet, inches, and pounds * Basic working knowledge of computers * Able to work overtime and weekends as needed   Physical Requirements: * Able to lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently throughout shift (approx. 15% of shift) * Able to be on feet, tolerate excessive walking; stair and ladder climbing; and tolerate heights (approx. 60% of time) * Frequent bending throughout shift * Able to shovel materials into hoppers * Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions; working outside Training Period: * Minimum 90 days meeting all above requirements; up to two years  This is a union position and comes with benefits provided by the union, upon completion of the 90 day probationary period. Benefits include: medical, vision and dental as well as 1 week of paid time off after 1 year of employment.
