To be successful in this role you will:
-

Have a BSc. or MSc. in Chemical and Process engineering or demonstrate equivalent, related professional expertise.

• Have significant experience in the hydrogen market preferably in similar jobs - Business Development, Strategy, Product Leadership, Commercial, Project Development.
• Have an extensive background in hydrogen technologies and applications, with focus on clean hydrogen production technologies.
• Be commercially savvy, aptitude for building relationships, understanding of customer requirements and market conditions, ability to negotiate to find the win-win solution.
• Have very good analytical skills and proven capabilities to develop Business Cases - Able to interpret customer economics.
• Have excellent verbal and written skills and be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Demonstrate leadership skills coordinating teams in a matrix environment.
• Have the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Be able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations.
• Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems.
