Join Our Hydrogeology Team in Brisbane
We’re seeking a Hydrogeologist to lead and support groundwater and environmental projects in Queensland and beyond. This role is perfect for someone with 5+ years’ experience who craves variety, responsibility, and professional growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support groundwater assessments for urban development, mining, and renewable energy projects across Australia, Asia-Pacific, and beyond
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and senior staff
  • Conduct fieldwork, including groundwater monitoring, aquifer testing, and sampling (e.g., groundwater, surface water)
  • Analyze hydrogeological data and prepare technical models (e.g., MODFLOW, FEFLOW)
  • Deliver technical reports and client-ready deliverables
  • Lead proposal development and project budgeting
  • Engage with clients, regulators, and stakeholders

What You’ll Need

  • Degree in Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Geology, or related field
  • 5-8 years’ experience in hydrogeology consulting
  • Industry certification (e.g., IAH or similar) or eagerness to pursue it
  • Strong knowledge of Queensland and national environmental frameworks (e.g., NEPM, EP Act)
  • Proficiency in hydrogeological modeling tools (e.g., MODFLOW, FEFLOW)
