Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hygiene Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with complex restorative and prosthodontic procedures, be proficient in digital workflows, and have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, procedures, and chairside support Complete chart notes as needed Take and process digital X-rays with accuracy and efficiency Support sterilization processes, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols Assist Patient Care Coordinators by preparing treatment areas, gathering supplies, and optimizing patient flow Provide patient education and post-treatment instructions Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked Help with front office tasks as needed, such as sending supporting notes and documents to referring offices Adapt to additional responsibilities as required to ensure smooth clinic operations Education / Experience Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Special Requirements/Certifications/Licenses required: Dental Assistant certification, preferred. X-ray certification, preferred. Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills Commitment to patient comfort and quality care Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance 401(k) PTO and Holiday pay Competitive Pay Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
