Job Description The Hygiene Officer is responsible for the complete Sanitation and Hygiene Standard for all food & beverage hotel operation and to assist the Hygiene Manager. The Hygiene Officer ensure all food served to guest and employees are free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination and all work area conform to minimum requirements set by local health authorities.
