Easy access to transport and top sights and attractions, it's ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Job Description Hygiene Management: Develop and implement hygiene policies and procedures. Monitor and enforce compliance with hygiene standards and regulations. Conduct regular hygiene inspections and audits of all areas, including kitchens, restaurants, guest rooms, and public areas. Ensure all hygiene practices meet the standards of local health authorities and international best practices. Training & Development: Train and educate staff on hygiene practices, procedures, and standards. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff. Develop training materials and manuals for hygiene practices. Quality Control: Monitor food safety and hygiene practices in all food and beverage outlets. Ensure proper sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Oversee pest control measures and liaise with pest control services. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hygiene inspections, audits, and training sessions. Prepare and submit hygiene reports to the management team. Document and follow up on corrective actions for any hygiene-related issues. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the Health & Safety team to address any hygiene-related hazards or risks. Participate in health and safety committee meetings and initiatives. Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding hygiene and cleanliness. Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the property. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Environmental Health, or a related field. Certified in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and/or ISO 22000. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of local and international hygiene standards and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
